Specialising in one-on-one Pilates tutoring, and with the added benefit of the fantastic equipment of Healthy Life, our dedicated team of physiotherapists will have you improving in no time. Additional services include Personal Training, functional rehabilitation, running assessments and strengthening programs.

Move Forward Hillarys Physio is available for appointments for both members of the Healthy Life Fitness Gym and local residents from the surrounding suburbs of Sorrento, Duncraig, Padbury, Craigie, Kallaroo and of course Hillarys!

Tjaarda Allison


    Tjaarda Allison completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Curtin University. He previously completed an undergraduate degree in Finance at the University of Western Australia. Prior to studying Physiotherapy, Tjaarda completed his Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and worked as a personal trainer at numerous gyms during his studies.

    Tjaarda’s passion for health and exercise has transferred into his role as a physiotherapist, as shown through his enthusiasm for treating sports related injuries and musculoskeletal problems. This makes him a perfect fit at our Hillarys Physio location with full access to the on site gym. When not working Tjaarda enjoys going to the beach, powerlifting and wakeboarding.


    Renee Fish


      Renee has completed her BSc in physiotherapy at Curtin University and is currently working at the Quinns and Hillarys Practices. As well as her physiotherapy degree Renee has also completed a Post-graduate Exercise Science degree and has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. She enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has a particular interest in sporting injuries, exercise rehabilitation and pilates.

      Renee has experience working with Perth Demons WAFL, Stirling Senators SBL and WABL and Kingsley Amateur Football club. A keen sportswoman herself, Renee competes in body building competitions and has played almost all sports under the sun. When she is not at the gym Renee enjoys visiting her family in the country, socialising with friends and eating.
