Ben Gabrovec – Move Forward Managing Director
Taking great pride in his Physio team as Move Forwards Manager, Ben has the focus on creating an environment for each Physiotherapist to grow as practitioners and people, the success of Move Forward is testament to the ongoing achievement of this goal. Peter Owens – Alkimos, Jindalee, Hocking, Ocean Keys, Pearsall, Quinns and Yanchep Partner
Peter graduated as a physiotherapist in 1986 and completed a Masters in Business Administration in 1993. Peter has over 30 years experience in private physiotherapy practices throughout Australia and is a Director at Move Forward Physiotherapy.
His wealth of knowledge and friendly personality set the standard for all Move Forward Physios.
Felicity Kermode – Alkimos, Jindalee, Hocking, Ocean Keys, Pearsall, Quinns and Yanchep Partner
Felicity teaches the clinical components of the Professional Development Program that Move Forward Physiotherapists complete. Felicity has post graduate degrees in both Sports and Manipulative Physiotherapy and regularly presents physiotherapy courses overseas, teaching physiotherapy skills that she has developed over 30 years working in the profession.
Tom Edwards – Physiotherapist & Butler, Currambine and Kinross Partner
Tom is a valuable asset to the Move Forward team as the Managing partner of our Butler, Currambine and Kinross Clinics. After spending some years providing physiotherapy services in the local community, he is elated to continue to be a presence in our newest clinics in the northern suburbs. Tom is one of the earliest members of our Physio team.
Aaron D’Rozario – Physiotherapist and Mt Hawthorn & North Beach Partner
From his own injury experiences, Aaron has developed a passion for helping people get back to their peak performance. Aaron has a passion for all things musculoskeletal and has a particularly strong interest in neck pain and headaches, back pain, shoulder pain and the complexities of acute or chronic sporting injuries. For Physio North Beach, trust Aaron and the team to care for you and your family.
Corey Evans – Physiotherapist & Hillarys Partner
Corey successfully completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with honours from Curtin University. He has a particular interest in exercise rehabilitation following musculoskeletal injury and Sports Physiotherapy. Having played competitive sport his whole life Corey understands how eager people can be to resume following their injury, whether it be at an elite level or a social Monday night game for fun.
Danni Alias – Physiotherapist
Danni, a recent addition to the Move Forward Physio team in Perth, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Auckland University of Technology. Originally from New Zealand before joining our Physio team, Danni brings a diverse skill set, including experience in post-operative care, sports injury management, and rehabilitation.
Katelyn Baumgartel – Physiotherapist
Building rapport with patients and being able to see people improve each day is something that drives Katelyn as a physiotherapist. She successfully completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours at Curtin University, and has a particular interest in antenatal and postnatal women’s health as well as the management of sports injuries.
Tea Beckett – Physiotherapist
Tea recently completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University, graduating with distinction. She has a passion for helping people and encouraging health and wellbeing which led her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy.
Bridget Besch – Physiotherapist
Bridget has experience working in musculoskeletal outpatient clinics and hospitals, and as a physiotherapy provider for the Perth Netball Association. She offers individualised rehabilitation programs to help all patients with their recovery and get them back to what they love doing.
Ronnie Bhalvani – Physiotherapist
Working as a Physio is important to Ronnie as it means being able to make a difference in the life of people with various musculoskeletal or neurological conditions. By guiding patients in the right direction with the appropriate combination of manual therapy and exercise he works towards the goal of full functional recovery for his patients.

Andrew Carlisle – Physiotherapist
Meet our expert physiotherapist, Andrew, who graduated with a double-degree in Physiotherapy and Sport Science from the University of Notre Dame in 2019. Since 2021, he has been an invaluable member of our team at the Pearsall clinic, bringing his wealth of knowledge and dedication to patient care. Andrew now also works at our Currambine clinic on Saturday Mornings.
Georgia Carpenter – Physiotherapist
Georgia has always had a keen interest in health and fitness since a young age, which led her to pursue a career in physiotherapy along with experiencing the benefits of treatment herself. Since graduating from Curtin University Georgia values connecting with her patients to take a holistic approach to management, utilising a combination of manual therapy and healing through movement to assist patients in reaching their goals.
Mat Cockroft – Physiotherapist & Quinns Clinic Manager
Mat prides himself on making a positive impact on every clients physical and mental well being, ensuring they always leave with a well structured rehab plan and big smile on their face after each session. Return to high level function, sport and hobbies is considered of high importance to each of Mat’s clients rehab goals even if it’s as simple as kick at the park or picking up the grandchildren.
Emily Ebert – Physiotherapist
After completing her Bachelor of Science (Human Biology Preclinical), Emily continued to study at Curtin University and achieved her Doctorate of Physiotherapy.Emily has always had a passion for understanding how the human body works and helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals. Emily is passionate to help people return to what they love doing, whether it be competitive sport, hobbies or work-related activities.
Dan Fitzgerald – Physiotherapist
Coming from previous experience in private practice, Dan has excitingly joined the Move Forward team at North Beach Physiotherapy! Dan provides a considerate and individualised approach in order to help facilitate clients achieve the most active and pain-free versions of themselves possible.
Aidan Glick – Physiotherapist
Aidan successfully completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Exercise Sport Science from the University of Notre Dame, Australia.
Possessing a strong interest for assisting people in returning them to their best level of function, Aidan strives to empower people to get the most out of their lives.
Tom Gorter – Physiotherapist
Tom has been working in private practice since completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in 2019 at the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle. In this time he has gained extensive experience in utilising Pilates in the rehabilitation and management of his clients.
Jordan Gray – Physiotherapist
Jordan is a Doctor of Physiotherapy graduate from Curtin University and holds degrees in Sports Science and Exercise Rehabilitation.
With a special interest in sports injury rehabilitation, Jordan combines manual therapy, guided exercise programs and lifestyle modifications for personalized rehabilitation plans to help his client’s achieve their goals.
Archie Hall – Physiotherapist
Archie has long been involved in the local community playing NBL1 Basketball for the Joondalup Wolves and he joins the Butler clinic and Move Forward team after gaining experience in private practices in Perth.
Sarah Jacobs – Physiotherapist – Currently on maternity leave
Sarah completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Curtin University on the Vice Chancellor’s List. She also previously completed a Bachelor of Science double majoring in Exercise Health and Sports Science at the University of Western Australia.
Janelle Juse – Physiotherapist
Janelle discovered the positive and lifelong impact physiotherapists can have on individuals lives after finishing her Bachelor of Exercise Science degree in the US and working in a private practice physiotherapy clinic. After 2 years of working as a physio assistant, she decided to move to Sydney to pursue her dream of becoming a physiotherapist and completed the Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Macquarie University.
Jaye Kapur – Physiotherapist
Jaye graduated from Curtin University with a bachelor of physiotherapy and is passionate and excited about her career in private practice physiotherapy. She prides herself on building rapport with clients and working collaboratively to achieve their goals and we are lucky to have her on our Hillarys team.
Alana Keil – Physiotherapist – Currently on maternity leave
Alana loves helping people, often with injuries she has at some point experienced herself which allows her to relate to people with a level of understanding for their injury and walk them through their recovery as she has done herself many times and continues to do!
Being part of an exceptional team of physios motivates Alana to continue doing what she loves help people every day.
Mikaela Kusin – Physiotherapist
Mikaela graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2019 and has since been treating in an array of environments including the disability sector and private practice setting. She prides herself on taking a holistic approach and working collaboratively with her patients to provide them with the tools that they need for success!
Cindy Lui – Physiotherapist
Cindy developed a strong interest in human biology and sports from a young age, which lead her to pursue a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Curtin University. During her time as a student physiotherapist, she has gained invaluable experience working as a sports trainer for Ocean Ridge AFC, reinforcing her love for treating musculoskeletal injuries.
Blake McConville – Physiotherapist
Growing up in his native Canada, Blake witnessed the importance of Physio directly with a close family member requiring intense rehabilitation to allow them to recover full function following a severe injury. This inspired Blake to study Kinesiology (sport science) at the University of Calgary in 2011, before moving to Perth in 2012 to attend Curtin University where he earned his masters degree in Physiotherapy.
Clay McCulloch – Physiotherapist
Clay is an enthusiastic Physiotherapist that motivates his patients to achieve their goals, however big or small they may be. He has worked as a physiotherapist for WAFL clubs, NBL1 teams and amateur football clubs. He brings strong manual therapy skills and is confident in the management of hip & knee pain, shoulder dislocation, tennis elbow and lower back pain.
Jayden Perera – Physiotherapist
Jayden prides himself on utilising his knowledge, skills, and experience in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy to positively impact every clients physical and mental well-being, allowing them to get back doing the things they love most.
Kyle Pinto – Physiotherapist
Kyle joins the team at Move Forward Hocking having successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Curtin University. Having had experience as a sports trainer with the Swan Athletic and Whitford’s football club whilst also working as a disability support care worker, Kyle is able to tailor his treatment sessions to meet the specific goals of each of his clients.
Cooper Rice – Physiotherapist
Cooper completed his Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation and has an extensive background working in sports rehab, paediatrics, disabilities and private practice as an Exercise Physiologist before joining the Move Forward Physio team at our Currambine clinic.
Erin Sturch – Physiotherapist
Erin Sturch began her physiotherapy career in Canada at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Upon graduating she quickly focused on sports physiotherapy, working with a number of elite athletes from various sporting backgrounds around the globe, including the Canadian Nordic ski team in Canmore, Alberta. She has presented talks to high-school aged female athletes, educating them on knee injury prevention.
Mike Tran – Physiotherapist
Mike has a passionate interest in helping people return to what they love doing best, whether competitive sport, work, or hobbies. He successfully completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Curtin University and has an interest in all things musculoskeletal and exercise rehabilitation to help you achieve your goals!
Naomi Udiljak – Physiotherapist
Naomi had been a patient at Jindalee Physiotherapy since a young age and it had always been her dream to be on the Physio team.
After completing her physiotherapy degree at Curtin University we were thrilled to have someone of Naomi’s character join the clinic.
Damian Vance – Physiotherapist & Jindalee Clinic Manager
With close to 20 years experience in private practice Move Forward Physio is extremely lucky to have a Physiotherapist of Damian’s experience mentoring our team at Jindalee Physiotherapy. As the manager at Jindalee Damian’s passion for training the the next generation of Move Forward’s Physios reflects in the success of the clinic. We are lucky to have someone of the experience of Damian on our Physio team.
Nikki Warburton – Physiotherapist
After completing a Bachelor of Science (Sport Science and Exercise & Health) at UWA Nikki followed her passion for helping other achieve their fitness goals as an F45 instructor. This led to an interest in the anatomy and physiology of the body and a career path that found her studying the Doctorate of Physiotherapy at Curtin University.
Sebastian Watson – Physiotherapist
Seb joins our team having completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Curtin University. You may recognise Seb, as he worked in the Move Forward admin team while a student, gaining a valuable insight into private practice Physiotherapy.
