Living Longer Living Stronger

Move Forward Physiotherapy is proud to partner with Living Longer Living Stronger to provide an evidence-based program that encourages and supports change in the health and fitness sectors to achieve improved health, quality of life and fitness for people aged over 50 years.

The program provides affordable, high quality, results orientated, progressive strength training that focuses on functional improvements to strength, fitness, balance, gait and well-being. It also seeks to optimise the social engagement of participants; both to improve attendance and to minimise the social isolation frequently experienced by those seniors.

All Move Forward team members draw from their extensive rehabilitation knowledge and additional training from the Council of the Aging WA to ensure all classes and exercises are appropriate to the participants.

Progressive strength training has a proven impact on:

Class Times

Tuesdays 1-2pm and Thursdays 10-11am. Please make sure to book your spot in the class in advance as spaces are limited.
