Want to get fit and healthy with Personal Training?

Looking to get fit and healthy or professionally rehabilitate those aches and pains? Then Quinns Physiotherapy’s personal Training Classes are for you!! Run by Physiotherapists and rebatable through private health insurers, these classes are just what you need!

Our 1 hour classes have a maximum of 4 participants making sure the Physio’s focus stay’s on you and your program is individually tailored to your needs- whether it be strength, fitness, stability, rehabilitating a specific injury, muscle building or just working on the flat stomach for summer.

For those patients who prefer one on one or need greater supervision we also offer individual sessions run over a 30 minute appointment. A great initial starting point for those looking at rehabilitating injuries or just generally looking to become fit and healthy.

Our fully qualified Physiotherapist instructors for the Personal Training and Exercise Rehabilitation classes will get you in shape by utilizing our gym and the local park on those nice sunny evenings!

Exercise under supervision

It has been proven that exercise in a group setting and under supervision is more likely to result in ongoing compliance and lifestyle changes around health and fitness. We run these classes in a great friendly environment and can’t wait to have you join up!
